*Review:* Had breakfast at Eddy's Quick Lunch Restaurant and it was ok. The price was good for their breakfast special: 2 eggs, 3 sausages, toast, jam, coffee, for around $4. Beware that if you have a hot chocolate instead of coffee, they will charge you an extra $1.43, that's pretty steep for an upgrade to hot chocolate, especially when the whole breakfast special is $4. It would have been good if the waitress had told us that the hot chocolate would have been $1.43 more, but then again, that's how they make their money (through hidden upgrades). The place was fairly busy. From the outside it looks like a very tiny place, but once you step in, there seems to be more room at the back. It's a 7 overall, not bad.

*Review:* Licheeview has a late night dinner menu after 8:30pm where you can order many a la carte items very inexpensively. They have most items you would find in a chinese restaurant. A la carte items are similar to dim sum items or single chinese food items. Runs about $10 a person and everyone is pretty full. Good price and good food, service could be better.

*Review:* Our visit to happy panda was great. The prices can\'t be beat. $7.99 for lunch is great. They have a cute happy panda logo and lots of decorations inside. The food is decent. Would go there again.

*Review:* Have gone to Pho Bo Ga 2 many times, lots of times late at night. Pho Bo Ga 2 is open overnight until 5 am. Value-wise it is pretty good. They have big portions and the prices are reasonable. They have 2 types of prices it seems. After 9pm, they have a higher price menu, even though it is the same menu items. The convenience of having a beef noodle place open late in chinatown more than makes up for the higher price. Overall I would rate Pho Bo Ga 2 a 7. Give it a try.

*Review:* The food at Silly Billy is a hit and miss. Their salads are sometimes fresh, sometimes not. The stir-fry is usually good but don't always expect fresh sides of salads. It doesn't matter what salad, whether potato or greens, it's not always fresh. They are pretty stingy on the food portions especially when the lady serves. Cost wise, the value is ok, not great. $3 for a bottle drink is pretty expensive and that adds quickly to the total bill. I guess that's why they don't advertise their drink prices.

*Review:* Fontenelle is a little diner that's open pretty early, I believe at 4am. Had the breakfast special. Decent breakfast, 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, toast, coffee for $6. Potatoes could be better. The lady serving us is always pleasant. Fair price, ok food, good service.
